[TYPO3] HMENU/TMENU: 2 levels in 1 menu?

That's a good idea.  But the link should be the first item of the pop-up 
menu.  I should somehow be able to use a COA and you're code to mix 
everything together.  But COA inside a HMENU does not seem to work..
