[TYPO3] Backend search box permissions

Actually, the search box was there, and if I put in a term and hit
enter, the screen just refreshed. No error, nothing.

With further investigation, it turns out the index_stat_search table was
corrupted. So, I did a repair on the table, and all is good now.
