[TYPO3] How to localize ext line indexedSearch without cURL?

Thank for Your answer. Offline on my test servers everything worked fine. 
Due to security limits I can't get to my target server via FTP, so I ask 
You: is there a posibility to upload this files using typo3 BE filelist, or 
another way?
