[TYPO3] type External URL does not work from external URL

Hi

We have a page on our site http://www.ourpage.com/test/ that is being 
redirected to an external site http://www.anotherpage.com.

If you enter http://www.ourpage.com/test/ into the browser you are 
redirected to http://www.anotherpage.com as expected. However, if you 
click on a link to http://www.ourpage.com/test/ on a different site the 
redirection does not work. Instead, he actual content in TYPO3 of 
http://www.ourpage.com/test/ is displayed.

Does anyone know why that happens? Or how it could be fixed?
