[TYPO3] Test whether a TMENU has sub menus

put for some wrap for
NO, ACT and CUR text
that text

and
for
IFSUB, ACTIFSUB and CURIFSUB without for the *same* wrap
without that text.

Should work but I don't know if that is the smartest solution.
