You can use constants for that (check out the constant-editor):

Advanced, Column space	[styles.content.imgtext.colSpace]
Horizontal distance between images in a block in content elements of
type "Image" or "Text w/Image". If you change this manually in your CSS,
you need to adjust this setting accordingly.

Default: 10

Advanced, Row space	[styles.content.imgtext.rowSpace]
Vertical distance between images in a block in content elements of type
"Image" or "Text w/Image". If you change this manually in your CSS, you
need to adjust this setting accordingly.


Default: 5

You will need css_styled_content and TYPO3 4.0
