[TYPO3] Multisite with different languages

Hey Dmitry,

actually no, that doesn't solve the problem unfortunately, since the 
maintainer for all the languages & sites still see all the unwanted 
languages.

I also checked the translation-doc by Kasper and the pageTSConfig-manual 
but without success.
