[TYPO3] change default language

Hi bas,

you the appropriate language TS options for it.
http://typo3.org/documentation/document-library/references/doc_core_tsref/current/view/7/3/
sys:language_id is what you need,
simply point the default to english. I think that should work. (Aming 
that you need
to set your locale ofcourse)
