[TYPO3] How do I render tt_content records with ctype: shortcut in a template?

Hi All,


I was wondering if it's possible to render tt_content records with 
ctype: shortcut in a template, using typoscript.

There is this snippet of code in the TSRef  (the section about 
"plaintextLib.inc"):

   shortcut = <tt_content.shortcut.20
   shortcut.0.conf.tt_content = <lib.renderObj
   shortcut.0.tables = tt_content

But I can't figure out how to use this code to assign the rendered 
shortcut to a subPart...
