[TYPO3] TC DirectMail

When i recieved blank emails in a test setup it was because the server could not find the ip address of the domain record, you do have a domain record ?

  I've setup tcdirectmail and I can send test mail but I receive blank email. 
  I set it up to get the news pages and it doesn't run or send the schedule email.
  What am I missing here? Please  help guys.
