[TYPO3] feuser_admin in 4.0.1?

Thank you all for replying.

@Carsten: I did not have a template for the sysfolder so I created one with the 
content desribed below (pid is the page id containing the login form, I 
suppose). Unfortunatley I still cannot login.

@Helge: the users were assigned to a group (the interface doesn't let you create 
a user without a group :)
I added your script to the template used for the whole site, but to no avail.
Even in combination with Carsten's config, I cannot login.

Is there a way to debug the actions taken in the login proces?


@Franz: I was indeed intending to improt 'sr_feuser_register' in later on.
The doc of the extension says:

The extension is designed to be used in conjunction with the New Login Box 
(newloginbox),
---
so I thought I would start off with newloginbox and go from there.
I guess if I cannot login, the problem is in the newloginbox or does the 
register extension overrule anything?
