[TYPO3] CSS-styled-content CSS file [OT]-> developer toolbar?

Sorry, to disturb, but what is the "developer toolbar" by the way? Could 
not find any extension for that...

You can simply override the css for all elements by writing new css for 
the respective classes.
If you search for some "better" css for these standard-elements, try 
YAML for TYPO3 as a basis and modify it.
