That is fine plugin - finally I got it work with
tm_contentaccess + skin_grey_2
below is screen capture how
kb_nescefe + tm_contentaccess + skin_grey_2
work together

It took really much time to get that work.
Still one problem remained - referinition of content
menus disabled because it worked buggy.
