[TYPO3] can't logon to new installation?

Hi all

I thought I'd try out typo3 today, and installed it from my cPanel. I 
can't however logon to it. I know this is a problem with the ADSL in 
South Africa. I normally can't access sites that rely purely on 
sessions, so I normally have to disable the way their sessions work 
(this is normally with a variable in a config file) Does anyone know how 
to accomplish this in typo3?
