Had to fix this for a customer:

check: t3lib/class.extfilefunc.php:
function func_upload
line 811 the comment was added :-( in version 4.0.1
Any reason for that: no idea.

As it was not there neither in 4.0 nor in 3.8.1 I guess it is not that 
important and uncommented it. We will see.
