Just an idea:
20 = HMENU
20{
    entryLevel=1
    1 = TMENU
    1 {
	wrap = <ol class="ol1">|<li><a href="javascript:window.print();">Print 
this page</a></li></ol>
	target = _top
         NO=1
	NO {
             allWrap = <li>|</li>
	}
    }
}
