[TYPO3] rtehtmlarea click-enlarge enable

How can enable the experimental click enlarge option in rtehtmlarea?

I uncommented the two lines from the ext_conf_template.txt file, 
selected the newly revealed option, and updated the extension, but 
nothing new under the image properties.

I've researched google, this mailing list, the wiki, and any other 
document I could find, but haven't found anything useful.

Any tips would be appreciated!
