[TYPO3] Image right or below text depending on layout width?

It's not about the specification, but about the "hacks" needed to get it
right on all browsers. Reading the CSS specification is not enough, you
need to know the hacks and tricks that go beyond the specification (and
sometimes ever "override" it). Unfortunately this is how it has to be
done for cross-browser compatibility.  ;)
