[TYPO3] missing cHash parameter

Hi list,

i generate links in my extension with pi_linkTP_keepPIvars and cashe=1. So 
on my local system with 4.0final i get all my links with an cHash-Parameter.
On the server the cHash-Parameter is missing, i wonder about, compared all 
settings and i'm sure to use the same settings.
How is this possible ?
