[TYPO3] TemplaVoila installation problem

Behind this problem:
I have tried to follow the tutorial about futuristic template making,
and there i have come to a place where my interface differed from what
was said in tutorial. Therefore I have tried to install TemplaVoila from
the TER.

Shouldn't TemplaVoila be in TYPO3 v4 by default?
