[TYPO3] now looking to simply remove an extension manually

You can disable the extension by manually editing the localconf.php file 
and removing it from your list of loaded extensions. Then, make sure to 
delete the temp files in your typo3conf directory. You can safely delete 
any files in typo3conf whose filenames begin with 'temp_'
