[TYPO3] making a custom header

I changed that but result is still not the one I want

please check : http://test.zipp.nu/index.php?id=galerija

the bottom one should look like top one (i expanded it for viewing what is
wrong= with text on it but it is not there as is supoused to be ?
any ideas ?
