[TYPO3] When does a TER upload becomes visible?

Hello all,

I uploaded a documentation extension doc_v4_workspace yesterday and was
informed that it might take upto one day to see changes in the TER.

Meanwhile I updated the doc, but the TER doesn't even show the old OO
document. Does it take THAT long of is there something special to take care
about when uploading? I used OO v2.0 if that is interesting.
