[TYPO3] Content Element templates and Clear Cache

Hi guys,

I have few tt_news content element, in each of them i define the template 
that should be used.
Then i change the template layout a bit, clear my page cache but the 
template use by the content element is not the new one but still the old 
one.
This i have to go nto the content element, and reload the template manually, 
and that for each content elements which is a pain :/

Any idea how to get around that issue?
