[TYPO3] is this design posable in typo3

So just to clarify I should remove the tables from my existing 
implementation and create a tableless version that I can build up in 
TemplaVoila and then I can build up the rounded content areas with multiple 
templates?

Not sure I understood what point 4 is 'On the page you have linked just 
create a tt_news plugin on the page
with a custom template and you are ready.' could I do that to my existing 
page at http://marketinginmalta.com/index.php?id=67 or do I need to begin 
again?
