[TYPO3] Getting rid of numbers in simulateStaticDocuments

Hi Mailinglist,

I'm searching for an answer regarding the simulateStaticDocuments = 1 
option. After adding an alias the generated links have a number in the 
name, like home.0.html. How can i get typo3 to use home.html, home or 
home.htm in without adding the numbers all the time. Typo3 is always 
adding a zero, as far as i can see. (i think this mechanism is 
preventing the use of equal aliases on different sites).

The best way of rewriting my url's would be creating a path. If i have 
this site structure like shown below, typo3 should use the links shown 
in brackets. How is this possible?

root (host.com/)
|- subpage1  (host.com/subpage1/)
    |- subpage11 (host.com/subpage1/subpage11/)
|- subpage2 (host.com/subpage2)
    |- subpage21 (....)
       |- subpage 211 (....)


can anyone help me in this case?
