[TYPO3] Templates for typo3 4.0?

ups, stupid me, there are built-in templates right in out-of-box typo3 4.0.
One just have to follow precisely the documentation:
Modern Template Building, Part 1 or
Futuristic Template Building

Anyway, typo3 is a great power! ;)
