[TYPO3] memory and empty EM list

Hello Ries,

Thank You. I wouldn't knew it. I am doing the first steps on typo3.
I deleted those files in typo3temp.

It's working now and installing extensions just fine.
Also had to raise the mem. usage to 35 MBytes in php.ini - (this
extension list is a monster in size), >> the error produced from the
memory out was making the list loading problem.
