[TYPO3] dependency error version 4.0

Hi,

I thought lets download the extension and upload it in my extension manager, 
so I downloaded the latest Direct_mail.

When I upload it I get the following error:
The running TYPO3 version (4.0) is lower than required (4.0.0)

Is this a bug?
