[TYPO3] surplus CSS in head

Rich,

you can use this config to move ALL css out of the head to a extenral 
CSS file:

config.inlineStyle2TempFile = 1

You can also remove all CSS for the blog by setting this in your 
typoscript setup on the branche
you don' t use the blog on.
