[TYPO3] Typo3 v4, TemplaVoila and Localization

You change that in the respective Data Structure - just below the root  
level:
<T3DataStructure>
     <meta type="array">
         <langChildren type="integer">1</langChildren>
         <langDisable type="integer">0</langDisable>
     </meta>
[...]
</T3DataStructure>
