[TYPO3] EM not reachable in T3 4.0

Hi List,
 
as i´m having now a nice working error-log, typo3 told me that:
 
13/04/2006 37:09 - Core: Could not initialize DB connection with query "".
..
13/04/2006 43:09 - Core: Could not initialize DB connection with query "".
..
13/04/2006 50:09 - Core: Could not initialize DB connection with query "".
 
mhm...
 
interessting Time ... 37:09 ... 43:09 ... has anyone an idea where this
comes from.
It´s not clear to me if it caused only while connecting em,
as old installations on the same machine up to 3.8.1 works perfect.
 
Backend and Frontend works nice, except EM.
