This still doesn't work.
I cant get TV to work with print=1 so I try to get this in other way.
If I downgrade typo to rc1 " index.php?id=7&print=1" works perfect but with
4.0 default output is rendered.
I've modified print link to replace print=1 with type=98. Last problem is
make it work with realurl :)
