[TYPO3] Export and Import only data records

> Is there a way to "export" and "import" only the data records on a

1) change to List-Module
2) activate clipboard with "show clipboard"
3) select "Clipboard #1"
4) select the items with the checkboxes inside the list
5) add them with icon "Transfer the selection of records to clipboard"
    to the clipboard
6) Then select "Export" in the Selectbox inside the clipboard
    and you'll get redirected to the export module.
7) Make your export settings and export
