[TYPO3] Solution: SQL error: 'Column 'TSconfig' cannot be null

Hi list

I got this error while trying to make new pages after updating to 4.0: 
2: SQL error: 'Column 'TSconfig' cannot be null'

Solution was to uninstall dbal extension.
