[TYPO3] Typo3 4.0 and .htaccess problem

Hi folks,

I'm having trouble using the .htaccess file with the rewrite engine on 
in version 4.0. I receive a message on frontend and backend that I have 
no permissions on this file.

I have it in two situations: a fresh 4.0 and in an upgraded one from 
4.0RC1. In 4.0RC1, it was working perfectly.

It's not the .htaccess itself. It happens when I switch the 
rewriteengine on, even if there are no rewriterules and rewriteconditions.

Where do I look to solve this issue? I've set almost every file on 777, 
without results. Or is there a .htaccess trick?

I use the .htaccess for RealURL (using the latest version).
