[TYPO3] timtaw - how to get it right

Beware of lockSSL! If lockSSL (install tool) is set to "2", timtaw 
doesn´t work in many cases!

Explaination: In that case the typo3 BE can only be accessed with a SSL 
connection. But if your FE user doesn´t use an SSL connection in the FE, 
internal BE login fails.

Alternatives:
1. Set lockSSL to "3", so only SSL is forced at the BE Login page and 
not internally.
2. Force FE user to use an SSL connection at the Wiki pages.
