[TYPO3] TSref?

If anybody else is having trouble navigating to the TSref on
typo3.org, it's still reachable [1]. For some reason though, it can't
currently be reached by going to http://typo3.org/documentation/ and
clicking on the 'References' link.

Bernhard Kraft has also very generously published a copy on his wiki [2].
