[TYPO3] Email from typo3

Hi all,

I have an intranet site running on v3.6.2 on a windows XP server with 
php412...apparently the mailforms on the site have stopped working. I 
have the mailserver's IP address in the smtp directive in php.ini.

We upgraded from an older version to 3.6.2 some weeks ago, and I suspect 
that's when the problem started.

I know I really shouldn't have to ask this question...is there any 
configuration in typo3 that I've forgotten about to turn mailform 
functionality on and off?
