[TYPO3] Classic RTE is not working anymore...

Hi all.

Did anyone manage to run classic (non-HTMLArea) RTE on rc2? Does it work
with RC3?

I am interested only in classic RTE *or* I can replace it with
tinymce-based rte if anyone has a solution to enable tinymce rte to
insert typo3 links properly. Please, do not propose to install HTMLArea.
Unfortunately this is not an option.
