[TYPO3] latets tt_products version ok for 3.8.0?

Does the latest version of tt_products also work for 3.8.0?
And where can I find the xtensions 'table' and 'fhlibrary'? They aren't 
in the repository.
Following the german tutorial I immediately noticed differences:
I don't have the 'plugin optionen' as mentioned in 
http://typo3.org/documentation/document-library/extension-manuals/tut_ttproducts_de/0.0.6/view/1/3/.
Maybe someone has answers?
