[TYPO3] Realurl problem

Can anybody pleeaseee help me with realurl. At this point I think that 
Typo3 is not what I thought. By not supporting virtual directories this 
makes it not so good as they say. This should be common thing to 
configure. But it's not. By the way, I have multiple domain on one Typo. 
Sooo if anyone knows anything pleeasee share with me.
