[TYPO3] FE File Manager

Hello,
I'm looking for a front end plugins to admin files/directory.
I want to force my websiteuser to login and then they have the 
possibility of creating directory and uploading files and also "set 
access for other website users/more that one usergroup".
danp_documentdirs extension seems good but can not set 
access(fe_users/fe_groups) for files!!!

Does anybody know possible solution?
