[TYPO3] Clear cache of a branch when using tt_news

I forgot to mention that I first thought of writing
TCEMAIN.clearCacheCmd = [UIDs]
TCEMAIN.clearCache_pageSiblingChildren = 1
into the PageTS (See #0000429 in the bugtracker).

I just don't know if this would help in my case since there is a 
LATEST-plugin on every page and this would mean adding every UID to 
clearCacheCmd.

Please correct me if I'm wrong...
