[TYPO3] Realurl problem

My site structure looks like this

ZDMS (www.zdms.org)
  - About
  - Members
  - Direkt (I would like url to look like this: www.zdms.org/direkt/)
            This site has different template than parent one
     - About congress
     - Program
     - Press


Here is my configuration I got in Typo3 site.
Realurl ext is installed.
But I need to set it up. Here's the problem.

Pleeeasee help.
