[TYPO3] RTE: copy&paste MsWord problem

Hi, how can I solve the problem of copy/paste from MsWord into textarea 
with RTE, in source code appears formats from MsWord like.....
<p class="MsoNormal">bla bla bla bla <o:p></o:p>, how can i to eliminate 
this formats in the RTE? One solution is copy the text from MsWord and 
paste it in notepad, then copy-paste into textarea, but this is  
obviously not the best solution. Any idea?? Thanks
