[TYPO3] umask of created images wrong

i try to make a gmenu.
since my php runs under the user and my apache under a different user
the mode 600 is not ok. i need 660.
the problem is that i dont know where to config that.

i installed imagemagick-4.2.9_i386-static-3.tar.gz
i tried: the umask in the install skript, execute umask befor the bin
in wrapper.sh
umask uf php is 63
