[Typo3] FCE multilevel bullet list?

Hello,
i am really astonished, because i can't find a resolution for the 
following quit normal challenge:
does anybody know how to make a flexible content element with repetitive 
data for a multilevel bullet list?
in frontend output should look like this:
<ul>
    <li>first list item, level 1</li>
    <li>second list item, level 1</li>
    <ul>
        <li>first list item, level 2</li>
        <li>second list item, level 2</li>
    </ul>
    <li>third list item, level 1</li>
   ...
</ul>

Or is there any special idea how to solve this?

It is really necessary for me!
