Congratulations! Seems like the pages table is corrupt.

I really wonder why I have seen such problems always and only on Windows
servers!

What you can do is:
- Try to repair the table (maybe "mysqlcheck" can do that)
- Import the backup

And finally, think about migration to a real web server.

Sorry, I don't know any other solutions.
