[Typo3] Can't see "Page" link

TV 0.4.0 disabled old page module by default. You can enable it but
beware that it will not function properly with TV.

To work with your site in TV page module, you need to "reindex" it with
TV. This can be done from Tools>TemplaVoila. Just press "Rebuild index
table" there.
